Fog trapped between two panes of glass, with a water-stained sill
Fog between the panes usually means the seal has failed. Cleaning won't fix it.
Sound familiar?

Your windows have been telling you for a while.

  • The AC runs all afternoon and the upstairs is still hot
  • Fog between the glass that you can't wipe away
  • Windows painted shut, or too heavy to open
  • Brown water stains on the sill and soft spots in the wood
  • Drafts and whistling every time a cold snap hits
  • Pollen and bugs sneaking in around the frames

For most homeowners, the hard part isn't the windows. It's the thought of the sales visit.

Why it's different

Repair, new glass, or replace: whatever's right

"The usual estimate" is based on what homeowners report in public reviews and forums. Not every company works this way.

Honest answer first

Do you even need new windows?

Not always. Here's how we decide, window by window.

A repair

A sticky sash, a broken lock or worn weatherstripping, but the frame is solid.

→ A repair may be all you need.

New glass only

Fog between the panes, but the frame and sill are in good shape.

→ We can often replace just the glass.

A full replacement

Rotting frames, water getting in, single-pane glass, or most windows failing at once.

→ Replacement makes sense, and we'll show you why.

Our promise: if the smallest fix is the right fix, that's what we'll recommend.

What happens at your estimate

Four simple steps. No surprises.

  1. Book online 60 sec

Pick a day that works, including evenings and Saturdays.

  2. Get a heads-up

A reminder the day before, and another message when we're on the way.

  3. We measure and check ≈ 45 min

Every window: frames, glass, seals and sills. Ask anything.

  4. You get it in writing

An itemized quote, the same price for 30 days. Then we head out.

What actually affects your price

Every home is different, so we don't post one number that won't match yours. These are the six things that move it.

01

How many windows

And you don't have to do them all at once. Start with the worst ones.

02

Size and style

Double-hung, slider, picture, bay. Bigger and custom shapes cost more.

03

Frame material

Vinyl, fiberglass or composite. In Georgia humidity, wood needs the most care.

04

The glass

Coatings that block summer heat matter most here. We'll explain the labels in plain English.

05

How it's installed

An insert keeps your frame; a full-frame install replaces it. Your frames decide which.

06

Repairs we find

Soft sills or water-damaged trim get listed separately, so you see exactly why.

💳Prefer monthly payments? Financing options are available. Your estimator walks you through them at the visit.
Been there?

Why the cheap fixes keep coming back

Most homeowners try these first. They help for a while, then the same problem shows up again.

Tried it

Caulk and weatherstrip

Helps for a season, but can't fix a failed seal or a rotting sill.

Tried it

Plastic film and towels

Hides the draft. The moisture is still there.

Tried it

Blackout curtains

They block the heat, and your view along with it.

Tried it

Turning the AC down

You end up paying for the window problem every month.

And sometimes the cheap fix is the right fix. If it is, we'll tell you.

In writing

Two warranties. No finger-pointing.

When something goes wrong, the window maker often blames the installer, and the installer blames the window. Your quote spells out who covers what, before you sign.

Covers the window

Product warranty

The glass, seals and frame, backed by the manufacturer. We show you the actual terms, not just the word "lifetime".

Covers our work

Labor warranty

Our installation. If it leaks because of how we put it in, we come back and fix it.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Am I committing to anything by booking?

No. The visit is free and the quote is yours to keep. Compare it with other companies, take your time, or do nothing at all.

Do both of us have to be home?

No. Whoever's home can do the visit. You get everything in writing, so you can go over it together later.

Can't you just quote me from photos?

Photos can't show a soft sill or a failed seal, and a quote you can trust needs real measurements. That's why the visit exists, and why we keep it under an hour.

How long does the visit take?

Under an hour for most homes. About 45 minutes measuring and checking, then a few minutes to go over your written quote.

Do I have to replace every window at once?

No. Plenty of homeowners start with the worst few. Your quote lists each window, so you can choose.

We might move in a couple of years. Is it worth it?

Maybe not a full replacement. A repair or new glass could be the smarter move, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

Our HOA has rules about windows. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Have your HOA guidelines handy and we'll only quote styles and colors that fit them.

Will you sell or share my information?

No. Your details are only used to schedule your estimate and follow up about it.
